Account & access

Trouble signing in, Google OAuth issues, password reset not arriving, email not verifying, or merging two accounts you accidentally created. Email hello@palsr.com with the email address on your account.

Billing, credits & refunds

Credits not added after purchase, subscription not activating, wrong amount charged, refund requests, or invoice copies. Email support@palsr.com with your Lemon Squeezy order ID (in your receipt email).

Audit problems

Audit failed mid-run, transcripts came back empty, report missing a section, or the score doesn't match what you see. Include the audit ID (visible in your dashboard's audit history) so we can pull the exact log.

Feature requests, bug reports, integration ideas, or partnership inquiries. We read every message — even if we can't ship every idea, we appreciate the signal.

What to expect

How we handle support.

  1. 1. Response time. We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays (PKT). Most messages get a same-day response. Weekend replies may take until Monday.
  2. 2. First touch is human. No bots, no auto-replies, no chatbot loops. A real person reads your message and either fixes it or pulls in someone who can.
  3. 3. Privacy preserved. We only ask for the minimum information needed to help — usually your account email and the audit/order ID. We never ask for your password.
  4. 4. Follow-up close-out. Once we resolve the issue, you'll get a final email confirming it's done. If we don't hear back from you in 7 days, we close the thread — but you can always reopen it.
