The agreement

Terms of Service.

Plain-English terms governing your use of Palsr. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to what's written here. Last updated: June 7, 2026.

1. What Palsr provides

Palsr is a fully automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application that produces forensic audit reports for YouTube videos and channels. The service is software-only — no human consultations, custom services, coaching, or done-for-you offers. Reports are generated by automated analysis using third-party machine-learning models and are intended as an advisory signal, not as a guarantee of any specific outcome on YouTube.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@palsr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Payments, credits and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We offer two product types: (a) one-time prepaid credit packs that never expire and consume credits when you run an audit; and (b) the Studio monthly subscription that grants a recurring credit allowance. Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page. Subscription renewals occur automatically until you cancel. Cancellation is available at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@palsr.com — no phone call, no retention loops.

4. Acceptable use

You may only audit content that you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You may not use Palsr to scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or train competing models on our outputs. You may not upload illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, intellectual-property violations, regulated material). Abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass quotas may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Palsr reports are advisory. We do not guarantee monetization outcomes, do not control YouTube's policies, and are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refunds, termination, and changes

How the relationship ends — or evolves.

  1. Refund policy. All refund eligibility, windows, and exceptions are described in detail in our Refund Policy. That page is incorporated by reference into these terms.
  2. Termination by you. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@palsr.com. Unused credits remain available until used; no expiry.
  3. Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms — for example, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or repeated policy violations. We will give reasonable notice unless doing so would cause harm or be legally inadvisable.
  4. Changes to terms. We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  5. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, except where local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger rights.
The bottom line

Use Palsr to audit content you own. Pay for what you use. We won't lock you in, won't trap your data, and won't hide behind fine print. If something feels unclear or unfair, email support@palsr.com and we'll work it out.
